Run down and in an appalling state, and the atmosphere was depressing. The staff were rude. We booked during off peak, but they wouldn't make any compromise.

WARNING! For several weeks I've been trying to get an invoice for my stay, but no one has replied to my messages or calls. This hotel is completely unprofessional.
