The staff were friendly and helpful, and I really liked having a balcony with a clothesline for drying clothes after travelling. It’s a simple hotel, but it had everything I needed, and I’d happily stay again. My room was clean and comfortable, a nice place to relax after a busy day exploring. The air conditioning worked great, which I especially appreciated in the Moroccan heat.

When I was backpacking in Morocco, I loved staying here. Hassan Chalala was very hospitable, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The rooftops and pool were amazing and cozy, with views of Aïd-Ben-Haddou from the rooms and rooftops. It was within walking distance, and breakfast was very good. 100% recommend! 👌

The cooking class was wonderful, and the best tagline we’ve had in Morocco. The rooftop has a beautiful, killer view, the staff are friendly, and the service is wonderful. The location is great, and the rooms are basic but have everything you need. Loved cooling off in the pool on a hot day. Would stay again!

We were here on a tour, and the ksar is really close by. The rooms were clean, nicely refurbished, and had great AC. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We fed our new friend Hassan some watermelon, then ended up having traditional Moroccan tea with him!

The staff were very helpful when the hotel took in our large group at the last minute because of a road closure. The room was warm, comfortable, and spotless, and the food was delicious and included. The price did feel fairly expensive.
