GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. From the first day, the owner was difficult and kept trying to charge us extra for everyday things. Drinks cost four times what they did at the supermarket. She was rude, and kept trying to get her workers, who spoke no English, to charge us more each day. She even threatened that we wouldn’t be able to leave Morocco and said she’d involve the police. What she told us never matched the advertisement. The booking and deposit weren’t the last costs we were expected to pay. It wasn’t worth the hassle or the money. Avoid this place.

Avoid this place. We’d paid in advance, but when we arrived the owner said they hadn’t received the payment. We spent three hours there trying to get our money back, but nothing came of it. We then booked another hotel in the city center and left. She’s a scammer. People like her make me numb.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish I could give zero stars. The service was awful, and the owner told us one lie after another. Drinks were way overpriced, and she threatened to make sure we couldn’t leave Marrakesh. I could go on, but all I’ll say is go somewhere else and don’t look back.

A nice, well laid out place outside the city. It could use better lighting. I enjoyed my visit, and it had all the amenities I needed.
