Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Club All Inclusive Marrakech

The pools and slides kept our children entertained, and everything was clean and well supervised. They never wanted to leave. The kids club was a highlight too, with thoughtful activities and staff who made the children feel included and cared for. Sarah and Fleura were especially lovely. They helped our kids feel happy and confident, and excited to return each day, which let us relax. There was plenty of food to choose from and it was good quality. Service across the hotel was excellent, with friendly, helpful staff who were always smiling. The whole place felt welcoming. We had a fantastic family stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Club and couldn't fault it. We'd happily come back and recommend it to families with children.

My wife said her birthday massage and pedicure were the best she'd ever had. It was our second visit, this time after having a baby, and the stay was amazing from start to finish. The animation team kept us busy every day, and the shows were great, especially the dance show. I also loved the table tennis competition, darts, and zumba. The food was great, and the cleaning staff were wonderful. They put petals on the bed and floor, which made us feel like royalty. Soukina, one of the waiters, was especially lovely and made our baby very happy. Reception and the luggage staff helped with everything we needed at check-in and check-out. The shop staff were friendly and helpful too, and even gave our baby a gift bracelet. I'd recommend this place again and again.

The pools aren't deep, so we could genuinely relax with our young children. The hotel was spotless, and we felt safe and secure. We had a wonderful week at Picakalabtros Aqua Fun Club last week and will definitely return. There's a spectacular choice of good food in the restaurant. The staff do so much for you, especially Mounier the concierge, who's amazing, and Sarah and Maria in the kids club. A 10/10 from us :)

There was plenty of food available during the day, with a choice at most meals, though it was just ok. We stayed four nights and enjoyed ourselves. The staff were all friendly, and the hotel was excellent for children. Work was going on around some pools and one restaurant during our stay, but it didn't affect our holiday since there were still lots of pools to use.
