The food was wonderful, and the staff were professional and always ready to help. In the heart of the old Marrakesh Medina, the hotel has traditional rooms with an elegant, upscale feel. We’d love to return next time we’re in the area.

It’s a beautiful, peaceful place, and the service went beyond what I could have imagined. From reception onward, the way I was treated really stood out. I was especially impressed by how clean everything was. Thanks to everyone, and see you soon!

The staff are warm, friendly, and keen to help with whatever you need. Breakfast has plenty of variety, and the service is excellent. They helped arrange excursions and offered useful advice on where to go and what to do. The rooftop pool was a refreshing treat in the scorching weather. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The Medina location puts the main sights close by, and the rooftop has a small pool. The atmosphere is pleasant and simply Moroccan, but the room facing the dining area was noisy. Breakfast felt limited beside a European hotel buffet, and dinner was okay, though there are better places nearby. Most of the staff came across as rude and poorly trained; two women at reception and one person serving both the bar and restaurant were exceptions. I paid 890 euros for three nights and didn't feel it was worth the money. I wouldn't stay again.

A nice riad/Kasba in a handy spot, with a good breakfast and good value.
