The food was some of the best hotel food I've had, fresh, delicious and beautifully presented at every meal. The hotel was spotless too, clean throughout and beautifully maintained, with a relaxing, elegant, warm feel. What really stood out was the care from the staff. Everyone was kind and attentive, checking whether we needed anything and always with a smile. From arrival to departure, the service was impeccable and I felt genuinely looked after. You can tell they pay attention to details and put guests first. I rarely write reviews, but this stay deserved one. A huge thank you to the whole team. I'd return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay.

The property is made up of lovely houses, each designed with inspiration from different parts of the world and their cultures. Everywhere you look there's architecture and art, with so much attention to detail. It's spotless and very well cared for. Hard to believe it's been open for less than a year! We'd been hoping to find somewhere peaceful in Marrakech, and this went beyond what we expected. The drive was quite an adventure, down a road with no clear view, before suddenly arriving somewhere that felt like paradise. We got there at night, and Mehdi and Simo greeted us with so much warmth and enthusiasm. The calm, stars and serenity immediately amazed us. We couldn't wait to see the place properly in the morning. Love at first sight. The whole staff treated us like royalty. The lovely ladies and attentive gentlemen were always there to make sure everything was right, and they made the experience the best we could've imagined. The owner, Hamza, is a unique person and it was a pleasure meeting him. He's thoughtful, solution-oriented and keeps his word, which is rare these days. I could go on for hours, but I'd rather let you experience it. Don't hesitate to give yourself some peace, space and time to reflect. Sometimes we forget to take care of ourselves, and this place reminds you how much that matters. Wishing you a wonderful stay. 🌿✨

When this place was fairly new, I stayed twice and the service and communication were good. This time I reached out on WhatsApp to book a week, and the replies were unhelpful, rude and arrogant. They read my messages but ignored me for over 24 hours while I kept asking them to reserve the room for my requested dates. Only after I said I wouldn't stay there again and would leave a review about their attitude did they suddenly start answering within seconds, still with the same attitude. I've changed my review to one star, partly because it seems they've been getting a lot of bad service reviews lately. Maybe the management or staff have changed since my earlier stays.

The room had a few things that need work for a 5-star hotel at this price. The fitness centre wasn't finished during my two-night stay in the Cube Suite with a terrace, in the hotel's first week, though the team gave me a yoga mat as a temporary fix. Breakfast was quite limited, and I'd expect more variety at this level. The window doesn't open, so for airflow you're reliant on air conditioning or leaving the bedroom door open. With the curtain open, people can see into the room despite the stunning mountain view. The spa is very small, and the massage area felt improvised, more like beds set up in a room than a dedicated wellness space. Still, it was a relaxed, high-quality stay in a peaceful setting just outside the bustle of Marrakech. The design is modern and calming, and the suite was beautifully finished, with an incredible view of the Atlas Mountains from the bed. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the food was fresh and well prepared. It's a promising, charming property, and once the planned updates are finished, it could become a truly special retreat just outside Marrakech.

The apartments are beautiful, and service was exceptional. The waiters always had a smile. It's a little farther out of town, but that also gives you the escape you need.
