The staff were the only redeeming part, and after a difficult conversation with the owner we checked out early and booked somewhere else. I found this Riad on Mr. & Mrs. Smith, which I often use for high end stays, so I expected a high end hotel and was disappointed. It's a fine Riad with nice decor, but that's about it. Most furnishings are worn and actually dirty, and the place needs a serious refresh. The rooms are average, and the bathrooms flood badly. When I raised my concerns, the owner was dismissive and said I wasn't telling the truth. Marrakech has so many incredible places to stay, and this one felt average. I'd recommend staying elsewhere.

Abdel, Saiid, and the property owner were incredibly welcoming, some of the sweetest people I've met. The place is amazing and full of character. Rooms are fairly clean and traditional, with a perfect match of a 5 start hotel and homestay experience.

P’tit Habibi felt magical from the moment we arrived. Waffi and his team made us feel like royalty, and the dinner they prepared at the Riad was intimate, delicious, and unforgettable. Their playlists throughout the day, mixing Scandinavian jazz, local Moroccan hits, and a French touch, suited the stylish vibe perfectly. Breakfast was great and got our mornings off to a good start. Service was impeccable too. Waffi and the team arranged taxis and airport transfers and shared local tips that made the trip extra special. This is more than a place to stay, it's an experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Marrakech!

There's a wonderfully authentic feel here, with great service and delicious food. I absolutely love this place. It makes you feel like you're away from everything. Just lovely.
