The pool towel attendant was especially kind, and the reception staff were welcoming and respectful. Our room was clean and well cared for each day. It was a comfortable, pleasant stay and good value for the price. Breakfast was decent but felt limited, and could use more variety and effort. The restaurant could be a little better too. Around the pool, more activities would be nice, and newer smart TVs with Netflix support would improve things. Even with those small points, it’s a reasonable option for a stay in Marrakech.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The evening dining room couldn’t take card payments, and breakfast was poorly managed: items weren’t replenished and tables weren’t reset after being cleared. The hotel needs an upgrade. Our balcony door wouldn’t shut and the balcony furniture was broken. The room was an okay size for two, but had only one chair. The corridor carpet was badly stained.

The security staff outside were excellent, polite, professional, and very helpful. Reception was the opposite: staff were rude and sarcastic, and often spoke in their own language about other customers, which made us uncomfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were in terrible shape, with dirt, marks on the walls, spiders, and mosquitoes. This doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel, more like two stars at best. We only booked breakfast, which I’m glad about. The selection was very poor, with just a bland omelette and salad.

I had a really pleasant stay here in 2024. The staff were friendly, helpful, and around whenever I needed something. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

The hamam was a lovely first experience for me, very calm and relaxing. Layla did my pedicure and was incredible, taking her time to give great service. Everyone complimented the result. I enjoyed my five-night stay and found the hotel nice and clean, though the bathrooms need updating: the shower is rusty and the sink keeps clogging.
