Radisson Blu Hotel, Marrakech Carré Eden

The hotel staff are approachable and friendly, and the lobby reception team is always ready to help. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large balcony overlooking the hotel center and pool. It’s in Marrakech’s Gueliz area, right between the old and new city, with the main attractions a short drive away. Excellent service and good value for the price. Highly recommend staying here.

The heated pool was lovely in February, warm enough for swimming and diving. The hotel is a good option about a 25 minute walk from La Medina. Our suite had a long terrace along two sides, and the rooms were comfortable. We booked for four people, but the room had only been set up for two. I had to ask three times for the missing bathrobes, towels, and slippers. Book the Spa for skin regeneration.

The staff made my stay at this Radisson in Marrakech. Everyone was kind, attentive, and welcoming. I miss chatting with the sweet cooks in the morning while they made eggs and mufletas. Abdelkarim was especially lovely each morning in the restaurant, and also helped during our outdoor events and conference room meetings. When I was looking after a sick roommate, he took the initiative to bring me food, even though I hadn’t asked. That was amazing, and I really appreciated him and the whole team. I took off one star because the pillows weren’t supportive and kind of sank under my neck, which made it hard to sleep. I also forgot to call and ask whether they had firmer ones. Our family of five had lots of room in the two-bedroom suite, where we stayed for three nights. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed. Even in December, the outdoor heated pool was warm enough to swim in. We also had a 30 minute hammam at the hotel spa, which worked well for our middle aged kids. Breakfast had a wide range, from omelettes and pancakes to fresh fruit with granola. We ate dinner at the hotel once, and the carbonara and chocolate fondant cake were very good. Eden Carre shopping mall is right beside the hotel; Menara Mall and the medina are both about a 30 minute walk away. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, including Turkish Steakhouse and Palmetto coffee. Thanks to Faisal for helping us by email before we arrived and throughout our stay.
