The receptionist was really friendly and gave us sightseeing tips for Al Hoceima, and the location is good. Still, after just one night we decided we wouldn't return. Our room smelled strongly of mothballs, and there were hairs and crumbs on the bed. We switched rooms, but the smell was just as bad. The building is very outdated and needs renovation.

The room was clean and the price was affordable. We had two lovely nights, and the staff were even nicer than I expected. The two men at reception were welcoming and helpful, and someone in the restaurant made us feel welcome at breakfast too. A good place to stay as a couple or with family.

The pool costs extra to use and isn't included with the hotel. For the price, this is the worst place to stay, and the customer service is practically nonexistent. I'd avoid it.

The sea is visible from the hotel, though it's not right on the beach. Rooms were spacious and clean, with huge, comfortable beds. Great hotel.
