Puerto Marino

We felt right at home at Puerto Marino. My wife and I had a delightful stay, and the staff were attentive and genuinely hospitable throughout. Rachid and the girl working during day welcomed me when I arrived, and the front desk made check-in smooth while patiently answering my questions. Housekeeping also kept our room spotless, and everyone made us feel comfortable and valued. They even helped us choose the best beaches for the day. Thanks for everything, and big up from Canada!

The bed was comfortable, but the room had some real cleanliness issues: the drawers weren’t clean when I arrived, there was even a used napkin inside, and I had to clean the dirty TV remote myself. The shower had nothing in it, not even a water bottle or shampoo, which I’d expect for this price. For what it costs, you can find a much better experience somewhere else. I don’t recommend it.

Rachid was professional and really friendly, and we had great service during our family stay. The rooms were clean, the mattresses comfortable, and the beach, downtown, and restaurants were all close by. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

The place is extremely noisy, and you hear everything at night, from traffic to screaming children and drunken youths slamming doors. It’s not recommended for families. There’s no sea view, the WiFi is slow, there’s no parking, and no cleaning products are provided. The owner came across as arrogant and only interested in money. Hygiene was really bad, everything was dirty and covered in lime. The facilities are poor too: lamps keep flashing, the air conditioning is overdue for maintenance, the room lacks basic supplies, towels aren’t changed daily, and seven people were given just two towels. The bedding was stained and the fridge was rusty. For these prices, what’s offered is a shame. Big warning, stay away.
