The food was one of the best parts of our visit. Dinner was amazing, and both the tajine and pastilla were delicious with authentic flavors. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. Our room was spacious, spotless, and nicely decorated. The staff were kind, welcoming, and ready to help, so we felt cared for throughout our wonderful stay. Highly recommended, and we’d happily return.

The location is great for exploring the Medina, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a delicious variety. What stood out most was the warmth of the staff, especially Hassan and Mohamed, who were friendly and helpful and made us feel like family. Palais Shazam & SPA is a peaceful oasis amid Fès' busy streets. Highly recommended.

I’d recommend this place. We loved our four nights at the Riad, including the relaxing massages and the good food for when we wanted to eat in. Breakfast was included and perfect. Our two rooms had amazing views, especially at sunrise, though the exterior could have been perfect if the pool hadn’t been under renovation during our visit. Ibrahim deserves special thanks. He welcomed us warmly and guided us on our first trip into the city. When the shower was clogged, he changed our room. He also prepared takeaway breakfasts and got up early to give them to us because we were leaving very early, then booked us a taxi for the return trip. We appreciated his hospitality.

The service was outstanding from check-in through check-out, and the peaceful atmosphere and relaxing spa made the stay especially enjoyable. Palais Shazam & Spa is beautifully designed, with authentic Moroccan details that catch the eye. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Fes.
