Palais Amador

Palais Amador was a beautiful escape, with breathtaking views, well-kept grounds, and a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. Our accommodation was luxurious, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful room details and everything we needed. The spa was relaxing, the pool was amazing, and the dining options were exceptional, with both local and international food. The staff really made the stay stand out. From the owners to housekeeping and the restaurant servers, everyone was attentive, friendly, professional, and keen to make sure we had what we needed. We’d recommend it for families, couples, or business trips looking for a luxurious getaway with exceptional service. 10/10 DIAMOND

The gardens were so beautifully kept that they reminded me of Que gardens in London. Walking around in the morning with the wildlife sounds was lovely, and the food was made with love and passion. Zac and Amira were fantastic hosts, and Abdul was excellent and very attentive. Together, they know a lot about the area and made us feel very welcome. We spent three nights here in April. It’s a mini oasis about 30 minutes from the busy parts of Marrakesh, ideal if you want a small, boutique-style resort where you can unwind. We had such a lovely time that we’re planning to return to Marrakesh just to stay here again. My tip: spend two days in the city seeing the tourist sights, then come here for the rest of the trip and forget about the world.

The property is spectacular and very well maintained, but be ready to pay for practically everything, even water and coffee left in the room. There's also an extra tax each night. It’s 40-45 minutes by car from Marrakech train station, and a ride each way in local currency will cost more than 200-300 bucks. Book here if you want to relax on the property. It’s not a good fit if you’re planning to explore Marrakech. Unfortunately, we lost 100 euros during our two-night stay. I was certain the money was there when we checked in, and I filed a formal complaint. The management apologised and said they would investigate, but their attitude was appalling. They didn’t proactively share any findings or details. When I asked, they only said they hadn’t found anything, without offering further reassurance or showing us footage. India really does hospitality best. You can sell a whole experience, but it means nothing without the right attitude.

We had a calm, peaceful stay and enjoyed the excellent food, including fresh juice and meals made to order. The service was incredible, and they made us feel very special. They also arranged a couple of tours for us and organized a wonderful driver. We can’t wait to come back.
