Fatima Ezzahrae made our evening especially memorable. She welcomed us with a smile, noticed all the little details, and was so helpful and warm while staying professional. You could tell she really cared about making everything right, and I loved the way she served us. We had one of the best iftars here. The food was delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Fairmont Taghazout Bay always feels special to me. The elegant decor has lovely attention to detail, and the whole place feels luxurious, calm, comfortable, and relaxing. I’m always amazed by the hotel, from the moment I walk in.

We had such a good evening celebrating our anniversary at Paper Moon restaurant, and we’ll definitely come back. I asked if they could arrange something special, and Wiamm took care of it with the whole team. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, and it was fun to see the open kitchen. Thanks to everyone for making the night so lovely!

An incredible sushi experience, unlike anything I’ve found in Morocco, or even the rest of the world. The food and service were exceptional in a stunning setting. Faycal was especially professional and knowledgeable, a truly outstanding waiter who made the whole meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place.

The food at Fairmont Marimoto was something special for Morocco, and everyone on the staff was welcoming and did an amazing job. Mohamed at the bar was a magician. His passion and care were clear even when nobody was watching, and it was beautiful to see how much love and craft he put into our cocktails. We had a wonderful experience and will be back. 🫶🏼

There’s plenty of room by the pools, so no need to rush out at 6 am to claim a bed, and the resort is really great. The food and coffee are incredible, and the staff are amazing, always ready to do more for you. From arrival, we felt safe, secure, and happy. A great place for adults and children.
