I wasn't sure about staying here at first, but this Riad turned out to be an amazing base for exploring the old medina in Merrakesh. Abdu and Zakaria are the stars of the place, and the whole team gives exceptional service. It's comfortable and good value, and the breakfast is amazing. Their Moroccan mint tea was the best I had on my entire trip, even after trying tea at more than eight places around the country. Highly recommend staying here.

Meryem looked after us so well and was a perfect host. The riad is cozy and in a convenient spot. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I'd come back.

Our room was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and peaceful to sleep in, and the whole staff was very accommodating. Riad Naya Nour is perfectly placed at the edge of the Medina, very close to the soul. From our arrival to departure, Abdu welcomed us and shared guidance and recommendations that made for a rich experience. We highly recommend this Riad. Dahlia and Soraya

Mohamed and Abdel were especially helpful and attentive. They arranged our airport transfer and shared recommendations for Marrakech, which we really appreciated. The staff are amazing, and the riad itself is stunning. Its signature scent makes it even more memorable, the pool is well kept, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The one drawback was the air conditioning. It was 50 degrees that day, and although the AC was set to 16, we could barely feel it. The room and bathroom got really hot. Breakfast time could also be noisy, with staff moving furniture upstairs. Even so, we had an amazing stay and would love to return.
