Ismail and his family are very kind and courteous, but I didn't find the place very professional, and based on my experience I wouldn't recommend it. The food was good, though breakfast and dinner often arrived late. We booked a full week package three months ago, but didn't get the room stated in the contract, had no yoga session, and missed two excursions. Ismail said he'd refund us for those excursions, but I still haven't received anything. The surf lesson was okay, nothing special, and we had long waits in the courtyard before lessons started. I was also given a wetsuit with a hole in it, so water kept coming in.

We stayed in a separate building nearby, which suited me well. There was no queue for the toilet and the hot water seemed endless, which is rare in Morocco! Everyone was so relaxed and friendly that it felt like staying at a friend's house. Surfing was a first for me and quickly became an obsession. Then one day we met Jane, a yoga teacher, and that sparked a second obsession. I've been doing yoga every day since. I'd definitely recommend the place and come back again, Inshallah!

My sister had already recommended this place, so my girlfriend and I came for five nights and had an amazing time. The hosts were lovely, the food was great, and my girlfriend loved trying surfing for the first time. The value for money is peerless.

We had a great time with the family. They were friendly, the food was delicious, and our surfing improved. Just be sure to tell them when you want to do activities or yoga, since there isn't a daily schedule for those.

The surf house is spacious and clean, with a huge rooftop, and would be great for couples or groups. Ismail was a really nice and helpful host who offered different activities. I stayed there with a friend for about three nights, and we got delicious fresh breakfast every day.
