We popped in for a quick break during a bus trip. From the plain-looking entrance you wouldn't guess there's a lovely courtyard with a pool, surrounded by the low-rise hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and brought us a nicely made cup of tea with some lovely cakes and sweets. The coffee was very good too. It's close to both the old town and the beach.

Our tour bus stopped here for lunch. The hotel looked lovely, and the staff made us feel welcome. They served us a generous amount of food, and we had a really nice Moroccan meal.

We were only two minutes from the ocean, and it was peaceful and quiet. The service was very nice.

2/10
Breakfast took half an hour to arrive, and the air conditioning was stuck at 24C with only an on or off setting. There was just one outlet for charging our phones. I also found a cockroach in the shower and the sheets were dirty. The place was expensive, with mediocre service, and this was hands down the worst hotel stay I've ever had. Save yourself the trouble and stay away.

There were ups and downs across the stay, which is why I'd give it three stars overall. The staff and the location are the parts I'll remember positively. I did notice some room for improvement.
