At Al Madina, the store at this location, drinks cost foreigners an absurd amount. I’d steer clear.

I’ve stayed at lots of hotels here and usually had great experiences, but this one was awful. The treatment and service were terrible, and the staff seemed very unprofessional. Even a confirmed reservation doesn’t feel reliable here, since they may leave you stranded. Outrageous. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give.

We had a reservation, but when we arrived they said there were no rooms left. The staff were incredibly rude too. A terrible experience.

After a long trip, I arrived with a confirmed booking only to be told there was no room. They didn’t offer another option, and the service was awful. I had a very bad experience and wouldn’t recommend it. Avoid.

They take your reservation and then leave you stranded without warning. It’s unprofessional, and the service is shameful. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend them.
