The central location was a plus, and the receptionist was genuinely kind and kept offering solutions. He deserves 5 stars. But the place was much smaller and less clean than the photos suggest, with plenty of dirt and dust under the beds. The air conditioner blows straight at the headboards so forcefully it could make you sick. Street parking was really hard when arriving by car, and my door got scratched.

2/10
The place was cramped, stuffy, and poorly equipped, nowhere near worth the advertised price. We arrived to find several utensils missing, and nothing was brought despite our requests. The bathroom items listed in the ad weren’t there either, and hot water was available only at certain times. The owner seemed to just take the money and disappear, with no care for guests. For such a high price, the quality was nonexistent and the stay was ruined. I highly recommend this place.

Lotfi welcomed us warmly to this clean, well-equipped apartment with air conditioning. Shops are nearby. We’ve only just started our stay. Halim, France
