Hôtel Azayla

Mr Abdellah, the receptionist, made a huge positive impression with his outstanding service. He was friendly, professional, helpful, and delivered first class service.

The room was cozy, roomy, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It can get a little loud at night, so you may want to be a sound sleeper. Still, it's great value, and I'd come back here on future trips to this area.

It was really hot when I went straight to the hotel, so I asked to check whether the air con worked. I'd stayed here 3 years ago and it hadn't worked then. Reception assured me it was working, but it was the same as 3years ago. They said it would take 15mins, but that was just lies. I went to Hotel Zelis instead, much better. Be aware!!!

Maybe the worst hotel in Assilah. I called to confirm my reservation, and he confirmed it around 10 pm. Just a few miniutes later, he cancelled it, saying "credit card not accepted." That's just a gap in booking that he takes advantage of when turning off a request.
