We left without arguing because we were already feeling very unwell and couldn't get the girl to understand us. We had paid for 60 dirhams' worth of medicine with a 200 dirham note, but she returned only 4 dirhams. When we pointed out what we'd given her, she said she'd only received 20 dirhams. The whole time, we were trying to communicate that the change was wrong. We don't speak Arabic, so we'd asked whether she spoke Spanish or English; she said French only, which was fine. But if you're visiting and don't speak Arabic or French, I'd avoid buying anything here.
