Dar Atlas Charme

The rooms and whole property were very clean, and it was a calm place to rest with beautiful Atlas Mountain views. It’s quiet outside Imlil’s busy, noisy town, only about a 20-minute walk away. If you don't feel like heading down to Imlil to eat, ask and they’ll prepare a tasty tajine. Parking is a 2-3 minute walk away. Definitely recommend.

A cosy, peaceful place with breathtaking views and affordable prices. The staff were helpful, and Mr. Mohamed was friendly and helped arrange transportation around the city. It would suit families or friends very well. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and nice, with good views, but the food is why we gave such a low rating. I wonder if the employees changed, because I can't understand the big difference in opinions about the food. Breakfast was poor. We ordered dinner last night and it was a total shame. The small amount of tasteless food left us feeling offended and completely ruined our last evening. There seemed to be a lack of communication between the owner and his employee. We asked for the dinner money back, but haven't had an answer yet.

The view from the room in the morning was incredible, and the place itself has that lovely Atlas feel, with colorful details, wood and Berber carpets. It’s only a few kilometers from Imlil, and I’d recommend it to anyone staying in the area. The owner seemed a little distant at first, but he was really charming. Since it was Ramadan and the restaurants were shut, he came to the shop with us, made us a kind of oatmeal and lit a fire. The power even went out, but it turned into the coziest, simplest evening of our trip. I’d happily come back. We’d love to climb Toubkal with him next time too, since he’s also a great guide.
