You’re very close to Imlil, and the hotel has a great view of the beautiful mountains. It’s a really nice family hotel, with a lovely room and an attached bathroom with a hot shower.

The balcony looks out toward the mountains, which is amazing. The place was clean and well organized, and meeting the kind, friendly owner was a pleasure. I had a wonderful stay at Gite Tizi Mizik and highly recommend it.

A quiet location with stunning views, and a really comfy room for a fantastic price. The shower was good, and there’s a washing machine and access to a kitchen. The WiFi was OK, though not great. Staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend it and hope to come back!

The rooms are modestly equipped, but that was enough for us. We sometimes had a cold shower, and the meals were OK. We could easily get help with things like equipment rental and extra drinking water. We booked Gite Tizi Mizik to climb Toubkal and contacted Hassan a few weeks ahead about a route shelter and guide. He put together a comprehensive arrangement, including transfers to and from Imlil from Marrakesh, a trekking guide, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, even while we were trekking. Hassan was a very caring host. The property is right on the trail in a quiet area.

My ma and I only stayed one night because I was ill, unfortunately. The two staff members were among the kindest men I’ve ever met, and went out of their way to make the best food I’ve ever had. It does get a little cold at night, but if you’re not ill, I wouldn’t worry about it lol. If you’re thinking of a retreat or just want to relax somewhere that feels like the corner of the world, go 👌
