The rooms were plain but clean, and the staff were friendly and kind. We came in winter, and the view is good when there's snow. Heating was weak enough that I had to wear layers under the covers. Breakfast was very simple, but at least you can buy it separately from the room. Hot water took a while to reach the faucet, which made showering a bit difficult. A decent place.
The staff were friendly, and the hotel was decent and clean, but the old rooms need some attention. There was no shower enclosure or anything to keep water in, so it ran freely into the corridor and left it wet. Internet was only available in the lobby, where it was slow and hard to connect to. I think it was limited to four devices at most. There was a bar selling beer, which is always nice. It's not a bad hotel, but felt a bit overpriced and could use a few adjustments.
The hotel is near the forest and has a wonderful view. The bedrooms are spacious.
