The breakfast took 50 minutes to arrive even though the restaurant was empty, and the presentation was well below what I expected. The staff were impolite and the service lacked basic professionalism. Prices were far too high for the quality, with even small add-ons charged like something special. I left extremely disappointed. It wasn’t worth what I paid, and I don’t recommend it at all.
We were the only family there, but it still took 45 minutes for the waiter to bring our order. Afterward, he had a bad attitude. The menu prices are overpriced too, 10 dhs for one batbota, hhh. I was looking for a nice time and instead had a really bad experience. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this coffee at all.
The food took a bit longer to arrive, but it was being cooked fresh, unlike fast food. I loved the atmosphere and vibes, and the waiters were very polite. The place was incredible.
We found hair in the bedroom and a piece of cigar in the room. The room itself was nice, but finding those things makes it seem like the bed covers weren’t changed, which is a shame. For what we paid, we expected more, so I can only give the room three stars. Apart from that, the location is good, with a fantastic panoramic view, the food is good, and the service is great. The staff are welcoming and professional, and the place is family friendly. Overall, it’s a very good place. ❤️
Our order took 40 minutes to arrive, which is far too long to wait for service. The service was very bad. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you have time to waste, at least until they improve their efficiency.
