The views are simply breathtaking, and the pool area is nice. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, but the room was mediocre at best. We didn’t see any bugs, though the bathroom and the hotel as a whole really need remodeling and updating.

The accommodation is very basic, but it was spotlessly clean and had air conditioning. The place has loads of character, and the staff were eager to help and spoke very good English. They serve honest local produce, and the lake view is great, especially at sunset. With a pool and tables where you can eat while taking in the scenery, it’s good value if you’re in the area.

For us, the one night here turned into a really bad and expensive experience. The room was clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom was awful, making it nearly impossible to shower. Service felt unfriendly and inattentive. The Tajin was the worst we ate during our two weeks, and breakfast seemed carelessly prepared. The orange juice wasn’t drinkable.

Beautiful place, and the service was amazing. Thanks especially to Asif and Mustafa. Our toddler had a great time in the small pool, and we loved the fresh juices and food.
