You can walk to the beach in a few minutes, and it’s good for fishing and water sports. The community is quiet, clean, secluded, and well organized, with several very clean pools, kids' activities, outdoor exercise machines, and a skateboard/BMX course. The homes all have the same design, but they’re laid out well and don’t feel crowded like places elsewhere. There’s no convenience store nearby, though supermarkets are a drive away.

After buying, getting a defective product repaired can be difficult, and the workmanship is poor. Their warranty promises are verbal rather than written. The sales and marketing service is terrible, and the windows still use non-safety, non-tempered glass.
