The toilet flush stopped working later in my stay. I told reception, and they said they'd look into it, but it was never fixed before checkout. On arrival, the room had a strong food smell, like shawarma. Reception dismissed my request to deal with it, saying other customers didn't complain, and offered no help. The blanket was in poor condition, and there was dust on the bed. Hygiene, service, and maintenance were unacceptable. My stay at Cade Hotel Casablanca was very poor.

For budget travelers, I'd recommend it. The rooms are adequate, the location is good, and the price is fair for what you get. Just don't expect five-star service.

We never stayed, but were still charged, which made for a very bad experience. My husband arrived to check in and found there were no rooms available, despite my reservation through Booking.com. I don't recommend booking this hotel.

I spent almost the whole night in the lobby because the awful smell in both the room and bathroom made it impossible to sleep there. I also woke up covered in bites, as if insects had bitten me. Please don't book this hotel.

The price was worth it. It's a good hotel right in the center, close to everything important, and breakfast was good too.
