Casablanca Appart Hotel

Even on a one-night stay, I got to enjoy the pool and fitness centre. The hotel is in a nice, quiet area, which made it a good place to relax. The staff were friendly, professional, welcoming, and ready to help. I felt comfortable asking them questions or raising any problems. I'd happily stay again and recommend the hotel.

Casablanca Spa and Suites always feels like a pleasure to visit, almost like being with family. I had a great time here, and the staff are patient and helpful. Botaina and Yassir, ilyass, Najat, Kabiri and Anwar team supported me and made sure I had a good stay.

It's a very nice place with a good team. As a guest, I appreciate employees who stay professional, treat people politely and respectfully, and handle requests or problems efficiently. I was glad to receive such good service from the front desk staff Oumaima and YOUNESS, from Oumaima in housekeeping, who was very happy to help, and from Soumaiya in the restaurant. Congratulations to the GM.

The rooms are spacious and work well for families. We have our own kitchen, which makes things more comfortable, and the housekeeper keeps our room spotless every day. It smells amazing in there. The whole hotel has a lovely fragrance and a welcoming feel. I'm staying at Casablanca Suites & Spa now and having a wonderful, relaxing time. The hotel is calm and pleasant, and the staff are kind, helpful, and always smiling. I'm really enjoying it and would recommend it to anyone visiting Casablanca.
