For three nights at Hotel Tachfine, I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay. The toilet was unclean when I arrived, and the blanket smelled awful. When I asked for a replacement, staff said, “I will give it tomorrow,” which was completely unacceptable. The TV didn't work during my entire visit, and I had to ask for toilet paper because none was provided. Hygiene and basic standards were poor. Given the price and location, I expected at least a clean room and simple amenities. I don't recommend this hotel unless it makes major improvements.

The location was good and the included breakfast was very simple. The hotel and rooms felt outdated, though what we paid wasn't bad. Can't expect a golden hotel for peanuts. The lift was small, and I didn't feel safe using it.

Aziz at reception looked after the three of us the whole time, and the breakfast staff were lovely too. The hotel made our stay perfect. It's in a good spot, close to shops.

We slept well on the beds, and the staff were very attentive. The rooms were a good size for the price, with a balcony, bathrooms, and plenty of power outlets, all in the gueliz location. The cafe served optional breakfast as well as food and drinks through the day, all reasonably priced and good quality. The balcony was a little ditty, and some things, like the floor rugs, looked dated and curled up.
