We had a good stay and would come back. The place felt safe, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were good, though our apartment was only somewhat clean. It's a convenient option for families and not too far from the city center. Service was okay, and it was worth what we paid. We enjoyed the large pool, tennis and soccer fields, and there were food options, a hamam and massage services. Keep in mind there's no elevator, so the second and third floors aren't suitable for wheelchair users or elderly guests.

May 2025 - Zephyr Targa Marrakech made for a comfortable, easy stay, and I'd recommend it for a family trip or a holiday. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and helpful, which made us feel well looked after. The hotel is clean and well kept, with a relaxing feel from arrival. My room was cozy and spotless, a nice place to unwind after exploring Marrakech.

We ended up extending our stay from 20 to 21November and moved from the apartment into a hotel room. It was warmer and had a great view of entrance pool no1. We had the apartment from 17 to 20 November, and the internet could have been better. Towels and toiletries were provided, and neroli is my favourite. My brother surprised us with this holiday last week. The hotel was lovely, with reasonable rates, 3 swimming pools, a restaurant, and nice places to relax. The spa was good too. We took the 250MD each offer for a relaxing HAMAM, sauna, wash, scrub, and 30mins massage, and the 2 ladies were great. Sanae at reception was really helpful and gave us good advice. I'd definitely stay again. Thanks so much for making it such a pleasant visit. I hope the hotel will soon provide tour information and trips. We arranged things ourselves this time, but taxis were easy to call. It's 20 mins from the Airport and 20mins from the centre.

I don't usually write long negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing enough that I need to go into detail. Although we were grateful for the hotel's offer to extend checkout to 2pm, the problems during our stay were hard to overlook. Our apartment room was an upgrade, but it had very few kitchen items, sticky utensils, no kettle, no tea, coffee or sugar, and not even a bottle of water. The room was basic and only averagely clean: there was dust behind the beds, on the curtains and under the sofa, plus a cockroach and several mosquitoes. No mosquito protection was provided. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were lumpy and flat, leaving us sore in the morning. The room phone didn't work, so we had to walk 5 minutes to reception whenever we needed something. The ensuite drain blocker was broken, though they fixed it in one day. There was no hairdryer despite it being advertised, and the bathrooms smelled of sewage every day. Food was another problem. We arrived 3 hours before check-in and had lunch at the hotel restaurant. There was no English menu, and we waited almost over an hour for chicken and turkey paninis. There seemed to be very few staff, and we often had to get up to find a waiter. Maybe that was because it was the New Year period, or maybe they are generally short-staffed. We hadn't eaten for 12 hours, so we had little choice. The food was dry, tasteless, nearly inedible, and the meat didn't taste right. Dinner was just as disappointing. I saw only 1 waitress for the whole restaurant. The meat platter had 4 single pieces of meat, which were dry and smelled horrible, and my rice came cold. A lot of guests seemed unhappy about the lack of staff. Breakfast wasn't much better: the pastries were stale and dry, weren't restocked in time, and there wasn't enough variety or quality. The coffee bar had few options, and whatever I asked for seemed to be out of stock. One evening the hot water machine was broken, so I couldn't even get a simple mint tea. For a hotel that appears to be this standard, I was surprised there wasn't a 24 hour self-service coffee machine. After those meals, my little boy and I got sick and were projectile vomiting. More happened in the following days. We gave lunch one final try on checkout day and ordered a margarita pizza and pasta. They arrived warm and quickly, but my Husband got sick immediately afterwards. We concluded that the hotel food was what made my family so poorly on this trip. We also had trouble getting a taxi to the airport. If you're staying here, use an app called iDrive. The hotel's taxi service will charge you double. When the taxi arrived, no staff member bothered to help us put our bags in. The facilities were poor. Still, if you want a quiet hotel where nobody disturbs you, this might suit you. I don't want to tarnish its reputation, since other guests seem to have had positive experiences, but this is what happened to my family, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through it.
