It’s easy to miss the riad, even with Google Maps, so for your first arrival it’s probably wise to get someone to guide you. Ask the manager for directions and help by text or email. The alley can be dark, but it’s a safe part of the Medina. As a woman, I walked back alone and felt safe. The riad is tucked among shops and roads right in the middle of the medina, and stepping inside feels like going back in time. The staff are super friendly. Breakfast was cute, with fresh ingredients and something different each day. They also offer lunch or dinner if you book ahead. We’re going to try dinner tomorrow night on the rooftop. I’m really impressed. It’s been my best experience so far in a city with so much great food and culture, and such friendly people. I’d recommend it if you want a unique stay and memories to keep.

There’s lots of hot water trouble here, and a cold shower first thing in the morning is a shock. Breakfast was welcome, especially the coffee, but there wasn’t much variety and we got tired of it quickly. The pancakes were so rubbery they could’ve been flip-flops. The staff, though, were always smiling and friendly. The location is handy if you want to be in the middle of things, with restaurants, shops, and plenty nearby. One thing to consider if you’re new to Morocco is that the place is at the end of a very dark alley. It’s understandable that some people, particularly women, might feel nervous coming back at night. We never had any trouble.

The boss was really friendly and helpful, and the food was good too. The rooms were spacious and very nice, with good air conditioning, a small fridge, TV, and a king size bed. Very good riad, and the location is perfect.

The room was nice and breakfast was great. It’s well placed for the center and shopping, though it cost a little more than the other riad we stayed at in Marrakech.

The area is peaceful and quiet, even though the riad is very close to the city center. The receptionist and the rest of the staff were accommodating and professional. A very nice place, and I’d definitely advise anyone coming to Marrakech to book here.
