The cooking class we booked through the riad was one of my best experiences here, so definitely plan one if you stay. We felt at home from the moment we arrived, thanks to staff who were warm, sincere, and genuinely interested in what we enjoyed. They helped plan our days, suggested hidden local spots, and checked that I was comfortable. I also learned a lot about Moroccan culture through their stories about its history and traditions. The riad itself is peaceful and charming, but the people are what made the stay so special. Their hospitality was unlike anything I’ve experienced. If we return to Marrakech, we know where we’ll stay.

Over my 10 day trip, this was the best riad I stayed at in Morocco. The team were sweet and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well served. I noticed that many rooms in Morocco, including the towels and bed sheets, can smell damp, but none of that was an issue here. Also, the soap and health products shop on Bab Yacout street has cheap, non-touristy prices.

We tried the Moroccan dinner offered by the hotel, and it was easily the best meal we had during our time in Marrakesh. Breakfast was made fresh each morning, and the rooms were clean. The riad’s location made it easy to walk to all the sites, which was really helpful. The staff were amazingly kind and helpful every time.

We’ve stayed in several parts of Marrakech, and I liked this area most. It feels like a real neighborhood where locals live, without being overly touristy. The rooms were clean, spacious, and nice, the staff were attentive, and breakfast was good. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

It’s a very affordable place, and for the price we had a genuine experience. The accommodation is rustic rather than luxurious, but dinner was good and fairly priced, served in a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was the same each day, though always good and plentiful. The staff are nice, honest, and reliable, and helped organize anything we needed during our stay at fair prices. We were a big group with children, and I hope we didn’t disturb the other guests. A ground-floor room might be noisy because it’s next to the shared area. Still, I’d recommend it 100%.
