Riad Sara & Sara Srira

The two things I did appreciate were the hot shower with good pressure, unlike the last two places on this trip, and being escorted to the taxi early in the still-dark morning since it can't reach the riad. The patio is cute and shaded, so it could be nice to sit there on hot days. Otherwise, this was one of the worst places I've stayed, even compared with some bad hostels. I couldn't tell whether staff didn't speak English well or simply weren't willing to help. It was January, 7 degrees outside, and the heating on the air conditioner barely worked. Cold air came in everywhere, especially under the door. In my room the entrance was so low I hit my head at least five times, and I'm only 175cm tall. The mattress was hard, and noise from people passing my room, no. 15, woke me each time someone came in at night. Breakfast was basic and just okay. With food intolerances, there wasn't much for me to eat beyond eggs, and they didn't even have fruit. I'd save the money and spend a few € more somewhere better. I wouldn't recommend coming in winter. It might be nice in summer.

The roof terrace and its view were lovely. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. The riad is down a quiet alley off the busy main roads, on a pretty street, and everything in the city is within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend it for a Marrakesh visit.

We had a peaceful stay close to everything, with a good breakfast and amazing service. The room was nicely decorated and the bed really comfortable. Staff also helped arrange our ride to the airport.

The staff were kind and always available, and the room was clean. We stayed at the Sara riad, which was beautiful and really relaxing. It was near the square, the souks, and plenty more. The rooftop was amazing, and the very instagrammable place definitely made our holiday better 😌.
