The people are what made this place special for us. We were there for my mum's birthday, and the staff looked after us from arrival until we left. Mounir deserves a special mention for going above and beyond. We booked airport transfers through the riad, which I'd recommend because cars can't drive into the medina area where it is. Someone from the hotel met us, helped with luggage, walked us to the riad, and shared useful tips for finding our way around Marrakesh. Our room had what we needed, though the bathroom was dated and could use newer fixtures. There was some mould, particularly on the shower curtain. We mentioned it, but it wasn't fixed in time. It was still a pleasant place to rest after days out. Breakfast was fresh and served on the rooftop, with a great mountain view. I especially liked the Moroccan pancakes with honey and coffee in the morning. We also tried the Hamam on our last day. It was relaxing and well worth it, and we both came away feeling like we were glowing. I'd highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

The location and service were among the best parts of the hotel. Ismail made my stay much more pleasant and helped in every way he could. When I asked where to buy Argan oil, he even walked me to a nearby shop with good quality oil at a good price.

We got helpful information about things to do in Marrakesh, and the riad made a great base for our short visit. Breakfast was ideal, and mint tea was available through the day and evening. The service was impeccable, with staff who were attentive and friendly without hovering.

Hamid and Ismael gave us useful tips on places to visit and restaurants to try, and the breakfast was excellent with a stunning view. We also tried the hammam, which is definitely worth doing. We had an amazing stay at Riad BELIKOSS. It's beautiful, conveniently located, and has all the comforts we needed, with lovely, well-decorated rooms. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kindness and professionalism.
