The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean and refreshing, and a lovely place to relax in the sun if you enjoy a cold dip. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and nicely presented each morning. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Clear communication before arrival made check-in easy, and they welcomed us with traditional mint tea. The door gets locked at midnight, so let the staff know ahead of time if you'll be out later. The Hasna Riad can be tricky to find at first, so arrange clear directions and look for the arch just off the main road. From the airport, a taxi is around 200 Moroccan Dirham, or the number 19 bus is about €3. Avoid the number 11, which gets extremely crowded even though it's cheaper. A pleasant, authentic stay with great service. Recommend.

The staff's hospitality was excellent, especially Hasan, who guided us through everything and was always available, even after work hours. Our air conditioning had an issue at first, but they took care of it immediately. For first-time visitors, finding the hotel can be a little confusing because it's in the valley. Even so, we had an amazing experience and I'd definitely recommend the place.

Hassan was the best part of the place, always around to help with anything we asked and providing really good service. The spot was perfect for our Marrakech adventure, about 10 min from Jemaa el-fna, but still completely quiet at night. Breakfast was great too. He's a super guy who makes the place even better.

The staff were so polite and welcoming throughout our stay, especially Hassan, Rachid, and Meriem. The Riad is beautiful and in an excellent location. We'll definitely be back soon.

Everything is within walking distance, including the main square just five minutes away. The rooftop was worth visiting, and breakfast in the mornings was great. We also tried the spa massages, and I felt like I was floating afterward. It was the best massage I've ever had! I visited Riad Hasna Espi & Spa in November 2024, and the welcome and hospitality were amazing from the moment we walked in. They even offered us tea.
