The rooms weren’t great, but they were super cheap, so you know what you’re getting. The service, though, was impeccable. We asked for help getting a taxi, and the host at the desk drove us to dinner himself. Thanks so much! It’s also very close to the train.

It’s a small hotel, but it was clean, the service was good, and the staff were friendly. Casa Voyager Railway station is right next door, and the railway station is about a ten-minute walk away. The city centre is around 15 minutes on foot, with cafes and shops nearby.

I got to Casablanca at twelve ten a.m. after traveling, and my room had been given to someone else. The front desk spoke to me coldly and rudely, then demanded that I pay through the app using disrespectful language. A huge letdown. Avoid this place and save yourself the hassle.

The blackout curtains were good for sleeping, and the area was fairly quiet and calm. Nearby there’s a fruit kiosk, a hanut with everyday items and photocopying, and a men-oriented cafe with hookah. But the room and service were awful, especially for the price. We had no choice because it was tourism season and our circumstances left us stuck. We were only in Casablanca for one business matter and hadn’t planned to spend the night. The bathroom was dirty, with no surface appearing to have been cleaned, and the lavatory seat was old. In the bedroom, the bed and headboard were worn; paint was flaking from the headboard, and there were fragments of replacement skin. The bedspread had burn holes, there were spits in the wardrobe, and the blankets smelled unpleasant. There was also an old desk and a big chair with the same problem as the headboard. The room had no towels, soap, toothpaste, shampoo, toilet paper, sheets, or slippers. There was no available TV connection or conditioner. After we asked, the administrator did give us soap, toilet paper, and towels. The price was double that of other cheaper hotels and riads, where you can find better service. Choose carefully and don’t trust the owners’ photos, only photos from clients.
