VERY DISAPPOINTED! I believe staff show racism toward Asian guests by repeatedly serving food that isn't good or satisfying. This happened more than once. How can management tolerate it? Guests pay for the experience as well as the amenities, and anyone paying the proper price deserves equal treatment. If staff keep acting this way, customer satisfaction will suffer. Proper action should be taken, and I HOPE it doesn't happen again.

The breakfast was delicious, but the stay was extremely disappointing. Reception staff were arrogant and very rude, showed no hospitality, and wouldn't listen. Some staff weren't friendly, and the attitude at both the counter and restaurant needs to improve. The rooms are quite small. There were no complimentary water bottles, and Wi-Fi was only 2 Mbps, too slow for meaningful use. Don't count on the hotel internet, arrange your own. These are basic amenities a hotel should provide. Management and staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. This doesn't meet even minimum hospitality standards, and I strongly wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were very welcoming, and we had a lovely stay in a quiet, very nice room with a fantastic shower. Breakfast was superb, with plenty to choose from. Casa Porto station is across the road, and Casa Voyagers station is a 10-minute taxi ride away. The Marina shopping complex is a 15-minute walk, with plenty of shops and places to eat overlooking the ocean. The mosque is about a 25-minute walk or a short taxi ride. Would recommend this hotel.

Hasnaa did an amazing job keeping our room clean and was very kind. The hotel is in a central, convenient spot, right across the street from the train station. Thank you!
