The friendly staff were great, and breakfast was good. The room was nice, though the bed was hard. The AC only worked well when we kept the shutters closed all day. It seems like a good place for families. It’s near the beach and Morocco mall, with a nice view of the mall from the hotel. For first-time visitors, it may feel a bit far from the busy parts of town.
8/10
I had two wonderful treatments during my stay, with one of the best massage therapists I’ve met. The staff were friendly, and the hotel is in a calm area with a great location close to all the facilities you need.
2/10
We spent two nights here and never got the hairdryer we asked for. Our booked apartment didn’t have one, and reception refused to help because we were staying in an apartment, saying it wasn’t their responsibility. The manager supposedly in charge of the apartments couldn’t sort it out with reception either. It’s a basic amenity, and the poor communication between hotel departments was unacceptable. If you expect even basic service or amenities, avoid this place.
10/10
The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were kind, helpful, and great with the service. It’s a clean, beautiful place that I highly recommend.
10/10
We found the breakfast decent, and online food delivery was easy to use. The apartments are family friendly, with a pool, gym, spa, and laundry facilities, and cleaning was done every day. Staff were very helpful. The bathroom is attached to the bedroom, and the toilet door setup took some getting used to if you’re not used to an open-door arrangement 😎. It’s a 10 minutes walk from the sea and a 10 minutes drive from the shopping mall. I’d recommend it for a family stay.
