Olympic Inn Casablanca

My money was well spent at Olympic Inn Casablanca. As an entrepreneur, I appreciate this kind of teamwork and professionalism, and I’d be proud to have staff like this in my own company. Fatima, the manager, clearly has strong leadership and customer service skills, and made sure things ran smoothly and guests were looked after. Day receptionist Kawter was helpful and genuinely caring. In the morning Anas served a delicious breakfast and was very polite and attentive. Haytam, the night receptionist, was amazing too, welcoming and professional, and made check-in quick and pleasant. I stayed the night of January 28th, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The spa treatment was very uncomfortable. There was no real privacy: curtains between the beds were opened several times by staff walking through, and clients weren’t covered with towels, leaving them very exposed. I understood that men and women were supposed to be separate in the spa and hammam, but a man was brought into the spa while I and other clients were exposed. If I’d known this was how things worked, I wouldn’t have booked. My therapist did a good job, but the experience is one I won’t forget. The hotel restaurant was an overpriced buffet with little food left, and it was all cold. I had an upset stomach the next day. The immediate area felt a bit sketchy, though the rooms were large and reasonably clean. The beds were comfortable after long days, and we appreciated being welcomed with tea as part of our two-night tour stay. Still, this wouldn’t be my first choice for another stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and everything worked fine. The location is good. Reception was the problem: the guys kept saying yes to our requests, then did nothing and seemed to ignore us.

I found somewhere better to stay for #AFCON2025 ⚽, but I’m not leaving without compensation. I’m a regular visitor to Casablanca, and had booked and paid by credit card for a room the day before arriving from TanGer 🇲🇦 on the fast train 🚂. When I got there, they refused to give me a room or refund me. Khawtar at reception was on her . Rashid refused to call the tourist police, and so did the security man outside 🏨. Alhamdulillaah, at least I found another place. 🐈‍⬛
