StayHere Casablanca - Gauthier Collection

We paid for a large, expensive apartment, 60 m2, with a separate bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, noise cancellation and air conditioning. When we arrived, they put us in a studio of at most 30m2, with a very poorly equipped kitchen, no air conditioning and not even towels. When we asked for the proper apartment or a price reduction, they ignored us. Booking support didn't manage to help either, as usual. This was a very nasty scam.

The place bore no resemblance to the online photos. There were ants inside, the shower was moldy, the jacuzzi was damaged and unusable, and the roller blinds and some windows didn't work properly. The floor and kitchen were dirty, and the outdoor seating area was missing. We spoke to reception and the manager several times every day. They said they'd try to fix things, but there was no cleaning and none of the problems above were addressed. They ignored our WhatsApp messages and didn't seem to care. It was unbelievable and ridiculous, totally unacceptable. Avoid StayHere accommodations at any cost!

The service was excellent, and I really enjoyed this beautiful, luxurious house. A few simple things would make it even better: something to wash a glass for reuse, a way to wipe the table after eating, bathroom air freshener, and a broom. With those basics, it would be perfect.

The location and furniture were nice, but the rest was a disaster. The shower doors and toilet seat were broken, and there was no kitchen equipment like cutlery, soap, sponge or towel. Cleaning happened once a week instead of twice. There was no hover or toilet paper, so we bought our own, and even the bathroom towels weren't replaced. Is there any property management here?
