I felt comfortable throughout my stay, and the service was excellent. Everything was spotless and kept in great condition. The owner was kind, welcoming, and always available, helping with whatever we needed and being punctual. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it.

We were told we’d get a refund after realizing the studio didn’t match the pictures. We left within the same hour, returned the keys, and everything seemed settled. Then they stopped responding, even though we kept trying to contact them, and didn’t pay us back. Update, in response to the owner: I was told we could leave within five minutes so the day wouldn’t count and we’d receive a refund. We returned the keys and left immediately without staying, based on that assurance. If the booking was non-refundable and the apartment matched the listing, why did the owner tell us to leave so the night wouldn’t be charged and that we’d be refunded? Afterward, communication stopped, and now the story is changing. This is a scam.
