I needed a hotel close to my family, and this was a great choice for that. The cleaners did an amazing job every day, and the service felt very personal. Soufiane, the valet, and the security staff were welcoming and really focused on the guests. They made me want to come back.

The people at reception were very helpful. My room felt a bit old, so it could use refurbishment. There isn't an indoor spa or gym.

The breakfast maker was the only person who really stood out in a good way. She was on her own preparing breakfast, serving guests, and cleaning the floors. The location is nice and central, but this hotel doesn't deserve even three stars in my view, and the prices are far too high for the quality of the rooms and service. The rooms are very cramped, the equipment is very old and poorly maintained, and the bathroom fixtures are rusty. At night the nightclub music is so loud that you can't sleep. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. It was a nightmare.

I paid 70 euros a night, but I wouldn't rate this hotel at even 30. The sheets looked like they hadn't been changed and weren't clean. There was no Wi-Fi in the room. When I went downstairs to ask, they suggested the problem might be my phone, even though I tried two phones and neither worked there. Wi-Fi was available downstairs, just not in the room. The lift was unreliable, took ages, and wouldn't open unless you pressed hard. The water heater in the room didn't work either. After 10 pm the neighborhood felt unsafe, with darkness and no streetlights.

The room still had no hot water after I moved, and no one was taking care of the problem. I want a full refund and won't stay here. It's completely unacceptable that this hotel is among your recommended options, a real shame for booking.com. I arrived on Sunday morning and found no towels or shower sandals in my room. They only brought them after I called a second time. There was no hot water when I tried to shower, and reception said it would be fixed Monday. I tried again on Monday and nothing had changed. Reception again said they'd fix it. Then I returned to find my room had been changed, with all my belongings moved without my permission. I accepted the move to make things easier, but the new room also had no hot water. Do not stay here, no matter what.
