The room felt like a home away from home, pristine, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. Zen Hotel is in a perfect spot, just minutes from the main shops, restaurants, and attractions. Everything was convenient, and the secure, easy parking made coming and going stress-free. The hotel is spotless, and the staff clearly take pride in keeping it welcoming and clean. They were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always smiling and quick to help. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Zen Hotel for a clean, comfortable place in a central location with outstanding service. I'll definitely be back!

The suite felt calm and cozy, and it was spotless and comfortable. I especially loved having an espresso machine so I could enjoy a quiet morning coffee. The hotel is in a great central spot, safe and close to everything I needed, and the staff were always friendly and happy to help. I’m already looking forward to staying here again on my next Casablanca trip. Highly recommended! ✨️

Everyone was so thoughtful, from the front desk to room service, and they kept checking if I needed anything. The suites were spacious, bright, and very clean. The cleaning lady even showed me how to make Moroccan tea, with one of the maids translating as she went. The manager and reception team were incredibly accommodating, and the manager arranged for a staff member to help me buy a teapot to take home. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, but the taxi they arranged was a problem. The driver was smoking in the car and insisted on charging double what the receptionist had quoted. The breakfast was very basic, including cheese analogue, and the hotel felt overpriced for what it offered. There was nowhere to hang towels or hold toilet paper, plus a strong room spray smell. The rooms were also very noisy, as if the windows were open.

We spent our wedding night here and had a lovely stay. They made the occasion special with flowers, chocolates, and a few thoughtful extras, and it felt like they really care about their guests. The rooms were spacious, very clean, high tech, and had all the amenities we needed. Service was perfect and the location was ideal. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in the area.
