Inside, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are friendly and genuinely welcoming. The street outside isn't especially inviting, but the hotel itself more than makes up for that. Breakfast was good, though I wish the food had been a little warmer. I felt comfortable during my stay and would highly recommend The Seven Hotel.

This was a terrible hotel. I'm going to complain to booking and call them about it. If you're unhappy with the service, complain to booking too so they know what's going on. This hotel shouldn't be listed there.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are comfortable and good, the prices are fair, and breakfast is nice. The staff are welcoming too.

The place wasn't properly clean, and the management's misleading conduct made it feel unsafe. Customer service was poor, both at reception and in other areas. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I think the photos posted online are old. The receptionists were awful. When I asked for information, one told me I hadn't paid the room tax, which was only €1.80. They came across as unqualified, rude, and unprofessional. That's what I'd expect from a bad place to stay.

We visited on 30Nov2025 and 02Dec2025. The room was very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was fabulous. The price was very reasonable. The staff were supportive and cooperative, and they let us leave our luggage while we explored the city. They also gave us a flexible check-in time. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting casablanca.
