The staff were kind and helpful, even carrying my heavy luggage and walking me to the taxi stand after checkout. I spent two nights in a private room, and it was great: very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and a pleasant view from the window. The rooftop terrace had beautiful views of the town and mountains. Thanks Hotel sakura.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the reception was wonderful. It’s a comfortable hotel near tourist and historical sites, with a terrace looking out over the whole city.

My favourite terrace in Morocco, and the place itself is clean and beautiful. We had an amazing stay, thanks to staff who were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Thanks for having us, I couldn’t recommend it more.

The owner scolded us, said we were “never happy,” and told us to ask the website for a refund even though refunds aren’t allowed. We came from America and found the rooms completely dirty, with mold, dirty blankets, and an old bar of soap left from previous visits for us to use. They had no heating or heater available, apparently because they turn it off to save money. They don’t care about customer service and are money hungry. ALL THE REVIEWS FOR THE HOTEL ARE FAKE!

The owners were rude and dismissive when we brought up problems, and seemed more interested in taking our money than offering basic hospitality. The hotel was dirty and poorly maintained, with bad-smelling rooms that seemed not to have been cleaned for days. The bedding and bathroom felt unhygienic, so I couldn’t get comfortable or relax. I had an awful stay at Riad Sakura in Chefchaouen, Morocco, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
