La Petite Chefchaouen

For this price, a clean, practical, comfortable place with all the basics is a good find, especially in an old town in a tourist area of Morocco, where that isn't so common. The staff were kind. We had a good stay for what we paid.

The terrace has a stunning view. I was sick during our stay, and the owner genuinely seemed concerned and helped me work out what medicine to get at the pharmacy. When I couldn't make breakfast at the usual time, he arranged a later one. I felt really looked after.

We had some wonderfully fresh breakfast, served beautifully, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout. The place has a stylish, cozy charm, almost like a small art gallery. It stays peaceful at night while being steps from everything. And the rooftop after dark is magical. A real hidden gem in Chefchaouen’s medina.

We spent a gorgeous evening on the rooftop, watching a beautiful sunset and taking in Chefchaouen’s special atmosphere. La Petite Chefchaouen is a great place to base yourself for exploring the little blue streets of the medina, and the whole family was able to book it together. Othman was a huge help from arrival through departure, carrying our luggage and suggesting places to eat. The rest of the staff were lovely and helpful too. There are lots of stairs, which might be difficult for people with babies or knee problems. You do need to be able to walk around to discover Chefchaouen. If you're deciding where to stay, this is a place where you can feel at home. Christophe
