Palacio Al Andalus

Service was very good, and they’ll bring your luggage upstairs if needed. There are no rooms on the ground floor, and the rooms are on the smallish side. It gets chilly at night at this altitude, so we kept the windows closed. We heard live ethnic music downstairs until 10:30 or 11, which was a decent hour, and the call to prayer at 6. The riad and rooms are extremely beautiful, in a central location. Breakfast was lovely and included in the price, which was amazing, and tea was waiting for us when we arrived. The room had lots of plugs and a luggage rack, and the shower was good.

The orange blossom scent throughout the riad gave the place a warm, welcoming feel, with a touch of elegance. From the rooftop, the view was stunning, and the rooms we got to see looked beautiful too. We ate both lunch and dinner there and loved the food. The staff were exceptional, and the whole stay felt lovely.

The mountain and city views were lovely, and everything looked clean. Staff were friendly, and lunch was delicious. I’d definitely recommend it.

The rooftop view across the city is incredible, so make time for it. Palacio Al Andalus is right in the heart of Chefchaouen, and it felt like staying in a cozy palace museum. The blue-and-white look and detailed carvings are beautiful, especially for photos. Easily the prettiest place we’ve stayed.
