The staff were great with us and our 6-year-old, friendly and accommodating to what we needed. Puerta Azul is a lovely little Riyadh in chefchoeben, decorated with a lot of artistry and comfortable to stay in. The food was full of flavour, from sardines to veg tangine and chicken. My parents are vegetarian, while my son and I eat meat, and we all enjoyed the dishes. Breakfast was simple, eggs and toast with fresh fruit and juice, but good.

Moad and Aziz made us feel very welcome with their kindness and attention. The hotel was spotless and well kept, and its authentic Moroccan feel really gave us a sense of the country. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

Be ready for a very hilly walk of about 10 minutes to the main square, and you may hear roosters waking you in the morning. That’s part of the Chefchaoun experience, though. The suite was lovely, with amazing views, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast service was great.

It was peaceful and comfortable here, and the staff made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. The rooms, linens and shared areas were all clean and well looked after. Everything felt organized, and it was clear they cared about their guests. I really enjoyed my stay and would come back. A pleasant, hassle-free place to stay.

Room 34’s balcony and view were my favorite parts. The place has a really authentic feel, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Aziz at reception is a wonderful person.
