Villa Rita Guest House

The villa looks incredible from the outside, and the layout inside is lovely. The service was very good: they helped us explore the city and brought breakfast to our room. We felt like we were coming home!

Villa Rita felt like a perfect home base for our time in Chefchaouen. It was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly, and we would happily stay again. The staff really cared about making sure we had what we needed. They were exceptionally kind, responsive, and accommodating. We traveled with our family and a small child, and felt safe and welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is a beautiful boutique property about 3-4 minutes by car from the main square. It's a little away from the center, but the neighborhood was quiet, secure, and peaceful. We had no concerns walking around or arriving late. Our spacious two-bedroom apartment had a charming traditional Moroccan feel that suited Chefchaouen. It was spotless and well maintained, with everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, sink, microwave, and even a washing machine. Everything worked perfectly, which was especially useful with a toddler. One morning we asked for an early breakfast. Even though it was Ramadan, the staff kindly prepared it at the time we requested. The table was beautifully set with fresh coffee, Moroccan tea, juice, and a delicious Western-style breakfast that even our two-year-old enjoyed. Their flexibility meant a lot to us. The hotel's warm, tasteful decor fits the local style. It felt like staying in a traditional home, with the comfort and convenience of a modern hotel. We'd recommend Villa Rita to families, couples, or solo travelers.

The room had a cozy mountain chalet feel, and we enjoyed afternoon tea on the rooftop after arriving. Breakfast the next morning was a nice spread on the patio. We had a great stay in this villa, thank you for a nice stay!

The breakfast was our favorite part, probably the best we had on our trip through Morocco. We had a terrific spread on the rooftop with great views. The pool area was just right for a quick dip and a refresh, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Villa Rita isn't in the medina, but it's close enough. We had a car, so the location didn't really matter to us. Communication with the property before and during the trip was great, and the service and care throughout our stay were amazing. One of our favorite stays in Morocco, and a very, VERY memorable experience. We'd highly recommend it.
